The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Assam Pradesh, has officially declared the appointment of new State Morcha Presidents for various organizational wings. The announcement was made with the approval of the BJP’s president, J.P. Nadda, and was issued by BJP Assam president Dilip Saikia.
The appointments cover key morchas of the party, representing diverse social and political constituencies across the state. The new morcha presidents and their respective districts are as follows:
- Mahila Morcha (Women’s Wing): Nilima Devi.
- BJYM (Youth Wing): Rakesh Das.
- OBC Morcha: Subhash Dutta.
- SC Morcha: Nabarun Medhi.
- ST Morcha: Horen Sing Bey.
- Kisan Morcha (Farmers’ Wing): Pankaj Borbora.
- Minority Morcha: Santisue Kujur.
