Army chief issues a major geography warning to Pakistan

Army chief General Upendra Dwivedi warned Pakistan on Friday that if the neighboring country did not put an end to "state sponsored terrorism," the military would not show any restraint "like in Operation Sindoor 1.0."

"This time, we won't exercise the same restraint as we did during Operation Sindoor 1.0. Instead, we'll take a different approach that will force Pakistan to consider whether or not it wants to be included in the geography.

Pakistan must put an end to state-sponsored terrorism if it hopes to become a geographical power, he stated.

This comes a day after Rajnath Singh, the defense minister, expressed worries about Sir Creek and attributed the delayed conversation, even after 78 years of independence, to Pakistan's ambitions.

He made it clear that Pakistan will face severe consequences for any effort.

"The Indian Army and BSF work together to secure India's borders with vigilance.

Any attempt at mishap on the part of Pakistan in the Sir Creek region will be met with such a forceful reaction that geography and history will be altered.

The Indian Army had shown that it was capable of reaching Lahore during the 1965 conflict.

"Pakistan should keep in mind that there is a route to Karachi that goes through the creek," Rajnath had stated in 2025.

India has only delayed its military operations and is still ready to respond forcefully to any future terror strikes, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi has already made clear on multiple occasions.

Earlier in the day, Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh, the head of the Indian Air Force, called the neighboring country's allegations that it had shot down Indian fighter jets during the operations "sweet fantasies (manohar kahaniyan)."

He said that during the operation, India destroyed four or five Pakistani fighter jets.

"Let them consider it if they believe they shot down fifteen of my jets.
When they return to fight again, I hope they will be persuaded and accommodate 15 fewer aircraft in my inventory.

Why should I discuss it, then? I won't discuss what happened, how much damage was done, or how it happened, even today," he stated. "Let them find out."
