No talent no ratings Trump criticizes Jimmy Kimmel at Kirk's memorial

During his Charlie Kirk memorial speech, Donald Trump made fun of Jimmy Kimmel's late night program and then attacked "wrong pronoun, commentators and influencers" who "greeted his assassination with sick approval."

In reference to Kimmel's show, he called out people who practise "fascism over a cancelled late night TV show," saying the host had "no talent and no ratings."

"The killing of a father with two lovely little children filled the wrong pronouns with joy.

"And the same commentators who are yelling fascism this week over a late night TV show that was cancelled last week because the anchor lacked talent and had no viewers were suggesting that Charlie Kirk deserved what happened to him," he continued.

"In the past eleven days, we have heard accounts of commentators, influential people, and other members of our society reacting to his murder with euphoria, justifications, or even joy.

Suddenly, the same people who had spent the previous eight years morally condemning anyone who differed with them on politics began to support murder. Their names are familiar to you. "They are huge losers," he continued.

Vice President JD Vance, senior administration officials, and young conservatives who were impacted by Kirk's activity were among the tens of thousands of people who attended the funeral.

Trump called Kirk a "martyr" for freedom and a "great American hero." Erika, Kirk's wife, reaffirmed her will to manage Turning Point, the organisation Kirk created, and "forgave" the guy accused of killing her husband.
