JD Vance trolled Kamala Harris 2024 campaign saying it lacked substance and made him dumber

Former Vice President Kamala Harris 2024 presidential campaign was harshly criticised by US Vice President JD Vance, who claimed that listening to her made him feel "dumber in the process" and characterised her political discourse as lacking substance.

Vance responded to Harris new memoir, 107 Days, in an interview with Laura Ingraham on Fox News The Ingraham Angle on Friday.

In the book, Harris describes her brief presidential bid when Joe Biden withdrew from the 2024 contest.

Vance sharply criticised Harris for allegedly attributing her defeat to the short campaign window.

"Given the polling, both public and private, my response is that the issue is not that Kamala's campaign was too short, but rather that it was too long," Vance stated.

That her polling continued to decline when people paid attention to what she had to say.

I believe that Donald Trump would have won by an even greater margin and that we would likely have three more Republican senators if the campaign had lasted 150 days.

Because people see there is no substance there the more they learn about Kamala Harris," he continued.

Vance compared Harris to previous Democratic leaders, pointing out that former US presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama were able to express their opinions clearly.

Whether you agree or disagree with Bill Clinton or Barack Obama, they both had real substance. They were able to express an opinion.

I feel like I've become less intelligent after listening to Kamala Harris for ninety seconds, and I don't know what she truly thinks," he remarked.

The vice president went on to warn that Harris would continue to have difficulties until she could properly formulate and express her position.

"That is Kamala Harris's issue, and it will remain her issue until she genuinely learns how to formulate an opinion and express it to the American people.

Simply express your true beliefs. Don't talk in circles and use this word salad. She didn't win because it doesn't work," Vance remarked.
